Individuals
For the questions you've been carrying alone. Anxiety, grief, identity, the weight of just being human. A space to think out loud and be seen.
A telehealth therapy practice serving Minnesota. We meet individuals, teens, couples, and families with care, honesty, and steady presence.
Our belief
You are not broken. You are a person, with a history, a body, and a story still unfolding.
Therapy here isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's a space to slow down, look honestly at what you're carrying, and find your way back to yourself.
Who we work with
For individuals, teens, couples, and families. The shape of the work fits who's in the room.
i.
For the questions you've been carrying alone. Anxiety, grief, identity, the weight of just being human. A space to think out loud and be seen.
ii.
For the in-between years that need someone steady. A non-judgmental place where teens can be honest about what's actually going on, feel met, and be believed.
iii.
For the space between you and someone you love. Whether you're repairing, rebuilding, or simply learning to speak the same language.
iv.
For the relationships that shape you most. A space to make room for everyone's voice, work through hard moments, and find each other again.
What we help with
Whatever you bring, you don't have to name it perfectly to begin.
01
Learn to quiet the relentless inner critic and reconnect with calm clarity.
02
Rediscover energy, meaning, and the parts of yourself that went quiet.
03
Moves, career shifts, loss, identity changes, held with steadiness.
04
Gentle, body-informed approaches to reclaim safety and presence.
05
Process loss at your own pace, without pressure to "get over it."
06
Build communication skills, break old patterns, and deepen connection.
07
Tend to the partnership intentionally, whether you're preparing to commit or rebuilding what's been strained.
08
Untangle who you actually are from the voice that keeps measuring you against everyone else.
09
For ADHD, autism, sensory processing, and the many ways brains can be wired. Affirming, not pathologizing.
10
Hold the questions of culture, heritage, and belonging with someone who won't make you explain why they matter.
11
From motherhood to menopause, career to caretaking, the specific weights women carry through life.
12
Understand the patterns you carry from early relationships, and how they live in your current ones.
13
For the exhaustion, grief, and overwhelm that comes from the world we're living in right now.
14
Recover from running on empty, whether from work, caregiving, or the long emotional cost of being there for others.
15
Begin to live more peacefully in the body you have, with care and without shame.
16
Steady care for the patterns of mood that shape daily life, from diagnosis to ongoing management.
17
A space to talk honestly about self-harm, including cutting, without panic or judgment.
18
For the thoughts that feel too heavy to share elsewhere. Met with steady presence, not alarm.
19
Honest, non-judgmental support for thinking about your relationship with substances, wherever you are in that process.
20
Whether you're a parent watching it happen, or someone carrying the long impact of it, this space takes it seriously.
21
Care for intimacy, desire, and connection, without shame or judgment.
22
Tend to the toll of constant connection on your attention, your mood, and your sense of self.

Approaches we use
We blend approaches to fit the person, not the other way around. These are some of the frameworks that inform our work.
Telehealth
We see all clients online. Here's what people seem to love about that:
01
No commute, no waiting room, no parking. Your couch, your timing, your routine.
02
Whether you're in the metro, a small town up north, or somewhere in between, your therapist comes with you.
03
Sessions can slot into a lunch break, between school pickups, or the kinds of windows brick-and-mortar therapy can't reach.
04
No worrying about who might see you walk in. No running into your neighbor in the waiting room.
Rates & access
A few practical notes on payment and insurance. We don't want finances to be a barrier.
01
We're actively working on credentialing with major Minnesota insurers. Until that's in place, all care is direct pay.
02
You can use HSA or FSA cards toward sessions, just like any other healthcare expense.
03
We can provide detailed superbills you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement or to apply toward your deductible. For folks on high-deductible plans, direct pay is often less expensive in the long run than going through insurance for consistent care.
04
If our standard rate isn't workable for your situation, mention it when you reach out. We'd rather have the conversation than have you turn away.
How we work
We believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship: warm, honest, and curious. We won't hand you a script or a five-step plan. We'll work with you, at your pace, with the goals that matter to you.
Inside Out Health & Wellness is a partnership between two clinicians who share a deep belief in the dignity of every person we meet. Whatever brought you here, we're glad you came.
We honor a wide range of faith and worldview backgrounds. Wherever your beliefs sit, you're welcome here.
